How to Send a Fax on a Toshiba Satellite M505-S4940 Fax Modem
The phone modem located on the back of your Toshiba Satellite M505-S4940 is typically used to connect to the Internet using a dial-up Internet connection. However, it also doubles as a fax modem. Using Windows 7's built-in faxing software, you can send faxes to any other machine in the world with your Toshiba laptop, as if you were using a traditional fax machine.
