How to Put on a Headband Bohemian Style
Put on a headband Bohemian-style to embody the lighthearted fashion of Bohemians. Bohemian styles look natural, carefree and artistically messy. The Bohemian style can be traced back to 18th century gypsy-like nomads from the kingdom of Bohemia. Gypsy-like people from Bohemia were derogatorily called "Bohemian" by the French. Bohemians were carefree nomads, expressive, artistic and rebellious against the confines of society. The Bohemians wore gypsy-like clothing. Colorful pieces and recycled fabric were part of their natural, free style. A Bohemian-style headband is worn in the same fashion as the Bohemians. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Your hair can be worn up or down with a Bohemian headband. Wear your hair loose and wavy. Bohemian hairstyles are not tightly curled or sleekly straightened. They are relaxed, loose and slightly messy.
-
2
Hold the headband above your head. Your headband will be stretchy and circular. Center it above your head, and stretch it to accommodate the size of your head.
-
-
3
The headband will circle around your entire head. Slip the headband onto your head. Push it down until it is on the center of your forehead.
-
4
You do not want your Bohemian headband to pouf the top of your hair. Fix your hair so it does not pouf. Slipping the headband on may have caused your hair to bunch and pouf at the top. Lift up parts of the headband and let your hair slip down.
-
5
Spray a small amount of lightweight hairspray around your headband. Hairspray will help your headband stay in place. Do not use a lot of hairspray. Spraying too much hairspray will cause the hair to look hard and unnatural. You want your hair to look soft, loose and natural.
