How to Dye Fabric With Koolaid
Kool-Aid powdered-drink mix can be used to dye fabrics because the powder contains dyes that color the beverage. The dye works best on fabrics and materials from animal hair, such as wool and yarn. Most colors can be achieved, using cherry flavor for red, orange for orange, lemonade for yellow, blueberry and lemonade mixed for green, blueberry for blue and grape for purple. You can also mix flavors to create different shades. You may need to experiment a bit.
