Access the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry website and find the Unemployment Compensation link. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the link and click on it.

Locate the "Other Services" link. Click on this and then select "Individual Services". Clicking on this brings you to "Contact Us".

Click on the email address hyperlink and compose your message. You may also choose to open your email browser and manually enter UC's email address: uc-news@state.pa.us.

Send your message. The Unemployment Office typically takes up to 10 days to respond.
