How to Instantly Remove QuickTime

You can use Apple's QuickTime program to watch videos on your desktop. You can also integrate QuickTime in your browser to watch streaming videos online. If you prefer to use a different media player, you do not have to uninstall QuickTime to do so. However, you can uninstall QuickTime if you want without causing any damage to your computer.

Instructions

1. Click the Windows "Start" icon.

2. Click "Control Panel."

3. Click "Add or Remove Programs," then "Programs."

4. Click "QuickTime" in the list, then click "Uninstall." When prompted, click "OK" to confirm.

Tips & Warnings

• iTunes will not work properly without QuickTime.
