How to Print Out PowerPoint Slideshows
While Microsoft designed its PowerPoint software to serve as an electronic version of the old-timey slideshows, the software also came with options to provide hard copies of its digital slides. Print out PowerPoint slideshows to use as accompaniment to an on-screen presentation, to reinforce the information an audience just took in or to share the details with persons who aren't able to attend or view the on-screen presentation. Go from on-screen to in-hand in a couple of clicks.

Open Microsoft PowerPoint. Click the "File" tab and select "Open." Locate the presentation to print and double-click the file name.

Click the "File" tab again. Click "Print."

Choose the printer from the "Printer" drop-down menu or leave the default as is. Make any changes to the print setup options -- the PowerPoint defaults are to print all slides as full pages, collated, in color.

Click up the "Copies" box to adjust the number of copies of the presentation to print. Click the "Print" button.
