How to Get Your Boyfriend to Compromise
If you often fight with your boyfriend, you may feel like he never compromises. A refusal to compromise is difficult to deal with because it means your fights end either with both people being dissatisfied or you simply caving. So, you need to encourage your boyfriend to compromise through a number of different strategies, all of which focus on encouraging behavior without being too confrontational.

1
Compromise with him when you have arguments and fights. You need to remember that compromise is a two-way street; it's not just him doing what you want to do. So, make sure that you are suggesting compromises when you argue in order to pull your weight.

2
Tell him when you compromise. A good compromise doesn't feel like a compromise. Rather, it feels like you're both doing what you want to do. So, he may not think you ever compromise because you do it so well. If this is the case, then you should make sure he knows so that he doesn't have ignorance as an excuse.

3
Tell him that you expect him to compromise as much as you do. Make sure you have a few examples on hand so that he understands what you expect.
-
4
Suggest compromises for him. It's not fair to expect him to think of reasonable compromises on his own, especially if he's not used to it, and it will likely be much easier for him to agree to a compromise rather than dream one up.
