How To Uninstall DirectX 4
Computer games that are installed on your computer system may require a specific version of DirectX to be installed. If you have an older computer, such as Windows 98 with a game that does not play, you may need to remove DirectX 4 to install a new version. To do this you need to delete specific keys in the Windows registry for DirectX. Once this is done you can then reinstall the game on the computer.
