How to Send a Text to Facebook

Instructions

1. Open your Internet browser. Log in to your Facebook profile. Click "Account" followed by "Account Settings."

2. Click the "Mobile" tab. Click "Register for Facebook Text Messages." Select your country in the drop down menu. Choose your wireless carrier then press "Next." Create a new text message to Facebook at "32665" with just the letter "F" in the message body.

3. Input the confirmation code received back in your phone's text messages in the field provided. Click "Next" to complete the process.

4. Text your status updates to your Facebook profile by creating a text message to "32665." Type your status message in the body of the text message.
