Operating in more than 220 countries and territories with more than 6,000 Authorized Shipping Centers and over 40,000 drop boxes, FedEx has made finding one of its locations easy through the use of its website. You can find the location and maps with directions in a few easy steps.
Open your web browser and enter "fedex.com" in the web address bar at the top of the screen. Select the country where you are located. This will become your default location.
Move the cursor to the "Ship" tab located at the top of the screen beside the FedEx logo. A list of options available on the website will show across the top of the screen.
Determine what type of services you need from FedEx from the list that is shown. The options shown will be Package, Envelope or Express Freight, Freight Shipment, Expedited/Extra Care Handling and Air/Ocean Freight Handling.
Click the "Find FedEx Locations" under the type of service that you need. The location information on the "Package, Envelope or Express Freight" screen is different from the location information on the "Freight Shipment" screen.
Enter your five-digit zip code and click "Find". If you selected the "Package, Envelope or Express Freight" option, a list of FedEx locations available in your area, along with hours of operation, latest express dropoff, latest ground dropoff and services offered at the location will be displayed. If you used the "Freight Shipment" option for the search, you will see the address and directions to the nearest Freight Service Center.
