When you surf the Internet using Mozilla's free Firefox Web browser, you can bookmark sites that interest you so you can easily visit them again. Firefox has a feature that enables you to use a sidebar on the left side of the browser window to display your bookmarks toolbar. You simply click a bookmark on the left side of the window and the website opens in the right side. If you don't want to see the sidebar's bookmarks toolbar, you can easily remove it.
Launch the Mozilla Firefox Web browser on your computer.
Click "View" from the Firefox menu.
Click "Sidebar," then click "Bookmarks" to deselect the check mark next to the "Bookmarks" option and remove the bookmarks toolbar from the sidebar in the browser window. You can also click the "X" icon in the bookmarks sidebar to remove it.
