How to Connect to a Network Printer if Running Ubuntu

Ubuntu is a Linux-based, open source operating system that is free to download from the Ubuntu site. Ubuntu is user-friendly and performing tasks like installing a network printer are straightforward and usually take only minutes to complete. Before adding the network printer in Ubuntu, make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the network. Then start the Ubuntu "Printing" wizard and follow the onscreen instructions.

      Click the "System" option on the top taskbar in Ubuntu.

      Click the "Printing" option to start the Printing wizard.
