Whether you need a photocopy of your ID for a future employer or for obtaining an important government document, such as a birth or death certificate, the task of copying a photo ID does not have to be challenging. If you have access to a copier, making copies is easy.
Lift the top of the copier and place the photo face down in the center of the scanner bed.
Tap the "Photo" button, if available. This copier feature helps to provide the correct amount of light and dark color balance when copying photos.
Press "Copy." Retrieve and inspect the copy. If it's too light or too dark, adjust the lighting accordingly and re-copy the ID.
