How to Import a Signature to Entourage Mail
If you send a lot of emails for work or personal use, you might find yourself typing out your name a lot at the end of each message. To speed up your emailing and increase efficiency, you can set an automatic email signature in each of your emails. You set your email signature in your email client or web mail application. If you use Microsoft Entourage for Mac OS X, you can set a signature from the tools menu. If you have written your signature elsewhere or created an image, you can import the signature.
