How to Get Definition From My Bowflex
Getting muscular definition from your Bowflex home gym is an attainable goal. You must put in the time and effort to work your muscles multiple times per week, and you also must be dedicated to fueling your body with the proper nutrients to let muscles grow and thrive. Performing weight lifting exercises at least three times per week will allow you to achieve a more defined, muscular look, though three times per week should be the minimum, as more days of weight training will only enhance your muscle definition. Just be sure to take at least one or two days off per week so the muscles can rest, repair, and recover.

1
Invest in the Bowflex home gym. There are different Bowflex machines you can choose from, but in order to get muscular definition from one of the machines, you need to pick one that offers weight training and resistance, not a cardiovascular machine.
-
2
Exercise on your Bowflex home gym at least three times per week to work different muscles in your body. Bowflex gyms feature the capability to exercise several distinct muscle groups, so you can get definition in each of your different body parts.

3
Work each muscle group with high repetitions at a lower weight. Do at least three sets of 20 repetitions for each move. Higher repetitions will work your muscles to fatigue and create a more toned and defined look.
-
4
Perform exercises with lower repetitions and higher weights after doing the lower weight/higher repetition exercises to challenge your muscles and fatigue them. Intense lifting is the only way to build and tone muscles together.
-
5
Eat a diet high in protein to help your muscles continue to build and repair themselves after an intense training session. Also be sure to stay hydrated with at least eight glasses of water a day, and eat good complex carbohydrates (such as whole grain bread) for energy to fuel your workouts.
