How to Tell Who Recommended Friends on Facebook
Facebook lets users suggest friends to their personal social network. The normal practice is to go to a friend's profile, click the "Suggest Friends" link and select the friends you want to suggest. Both friends will receive a friend suggestion invitation. Both users will need to click the "Add as Friend" button to accept the suggestion. On the same "Friend Requests" menu, you can see exactly who suggested that person to you as a friend.
