How to Cook Chicken With Brinkmann Electric Smokers & Grills
Brinkmann creates an electric grill that is also a smoker. The combination allows you to cook a large amount of any meat on the grill while adding extra flavor with the smoker. If you wish to cook chicken with a Brinkmann electric smoker grill, you can do so using very few ingredients. Things You'll Need
- Four 3-pound chickens
- Paper towels
- Vegetable oil
- Other spices of choice

Fill the water pan located on the bottom of the electric smoker grill with enough water to fill three quarters of the pan.

Rinse the inside and outside of four 3-pound whole chickens with cold water. Use paper towels to pat the chickens dry.

Coat all the chickens with vegetable oil. Sprinkle a generous amount of salt, ground black pepper, and any other seasonings that you may prefer, such as rosemary, Italian seasoning, or curry to cover the entire chickens.

Transfer two of the prepared chickens to the middle grill, and one to the top grill. Close the lid of the smoker grill.

Turn the smoker grill on and allow the chickens to cook for five to six hours, or until the juices run clear when poked with a fork.
