How to Find an Item Number on eBay
Each item sold on the eBay online auction site has a unique item number. Knowing the correct item number is useful if you want to use the eBay search tool to find a specific item again, or if you buy an item and want to make a complaint because it's damaged or doesn't match the seller's description. You can find the unique item number for an eBay listing during the sale or after the sale, if you bought the item, bid for an item or added it to your "Watch" list.
