How to Flip a Mickey Mouse Pancake
Flipping flapjacks is not as simple as diner cooks make it appear, especially if the pancake has an irregular shape. Mickey Mouse pancakes have a head and two large, round ears at the top. These ears will fall off the pancake if you do not properly turn it. The timing and turning technique both contribute to keeping the Mickey Mouse pancake in one piece. Does this Spark an idea?
