You can rotate a picture in Microsoft Word 2003 with just a few clicks.

Microsoft Word is application is a member of the Microsoft Office productivity suite and is among the most popular word processing programs around. You can edit the appearance of a picture that you insert into a Microsoft Word 2003 document using the included Format Picture menu. Once you've chosen an appropriate text-wrapping style for your picture then you can slant the picture to any degree of rotation.

Instructions

      Run the Microsoft Word 2003 application and open the document that contains the picture you wish to rotate.

      Right-click the picture and choose "Format Picture" from the pop-up menu.

      Click the "Layout" tab and select a text wrapping style for the picture. You can choose to display the picture behind text, in front of text, with text square around the picture, or with text tight to the picture. You can't slant the picture if you choose to place the picture in line with the text.

      Click the "Size" tab.

      Type the degree to which you would like the picture to be slanted in the "Rotation" field, up to a maximum of 360 degrees. Click the "OK" button to rotate the picture.
