How to Check Voicemail on AT&T Wireless

AT&T lets you access your voice mail any time of the day.

Once you receive an AT&T phone, you will have access to your voice mail. This gives your friends and family members the ability to leave messages whenever you do not have access to your phone. The messages will save to your voice mail inbox. Accessing your AT&T voicemail messages on your wireless phone is as easy as pressing a few buttons. Not only do you have the ability to listen to your messages, but you may also delete them or save them for later use.

Instructions

1. Press down and hold the "1" key on your AT&T Wireless phone. Your phone will begin dialing your voice mail account. Alternatively, dial your wireless number from a landline phone. Press the star (*) key when you hear your voice mail greeting begin.

2. Enter your password, when prompted. You will receive notification if you received any new messages.

3. Press "1" to listen to your voice mail messages. Your messages will begin playing.

4. Press "7" to delete a message or "9" to save a message.

5. Press the star (*) key to leave your voice mail box.

Tips & Warnings

• Your phone will also notify you if you have a new voice mail.

• Save your voice mail password in a safe place.
