The Nike SportBand is a wristband with a detachable USB connector which stores information about your runs and walks, including the time and date, that can be read via software installed on your PC. The SportBand automatically sets the time to match the computer's clock the first time you connect it to your computer.
Unplug the Nike SportBand link from the wristband and plug it into an open port on the computer. The SportBand software launches automatically.
Click the "Settings" button to open the Settings window.
Click the "Time" tab. Set the time to match the computer's clock, or click the radio button next to "Manually set the time and date:" and enter the information in the windows underneath.
Click the "Done" button to finish setting the time.
