How to Make Your Own Reed Diffusers
A reed diffuser is one way to keep your home smelling fresh and pleasant without candles. Reed diffusers can be quite expensive, so you may decide to make your own. Another reason to make your own reed diffuser is the chance to create any scent combination you can imagine, such as a blend of orange, lemon and orchid. Reed diffusers typically last a few months.

Using a funnel helps prevent spills. Place the tip of the funnel into the opening of the glass bottle. Pour the liquid mixture into the funnel. The liquid will drain from the funnel into the glass jar. Leave a 1-inch gap at the top of the bottle.
