Directions for the Toastmaster TBR15
While bakers have been making bread for thousands of years in traditional ovens, new technology has enabled home cooks to easily make delicious bread. The Toastmaster TBR15 is one example of an electric bread maker. The Toastmaster is capable of mixing the ingredients into a perfect dough all by itself, but does need a couple of instructions to get there. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Flour
- Sugar
- Water
- Oil
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Yeast
- Salt
- Oven mitts
- Spatula
- Cooling rack

Open the lid of the Toastmaster. Pull out and set aside the bread pan. Attach the kneading tool to the hook on the inside of the lid.

Pour the ingredients for your bread recipe into the bread pan in the order listed. Use the spatula to spread the ingredients evenly.Tap the pan three times on the counter to settle the ingredients. Place yeast on top of the ingredients.

Reinsert the bread pan back into the Toastmaster. Push down on the rim until it snaps in place. Fold the handle down and close the lid. Plug the Toastmaster into an electric outlet.

Press the "Program" button to select the desired bread product. Press the "Color" to select the desired bread cooking time according to the manual or recipe.

Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin kneading the dough and then baking the dough. When you hear the beeper go off, turn off the Toastmaster by holding down the "Start/Stop" button for several seconds.

Put on oven mitts and open the lid of the Toastmaster. Remove the filled bread pan and shake out the bread onto a cooling rack. Remove the kneading attachment from the bread and unplug the Toastmaster TBR15.

Tips & Warnings
Each Toastmaster TBR15 comes with a detailed manual with recipes, conversion charts and other instructions. Be sure to follow the instructions in the manual for cooking with different breads or at higher or lower altitudes.
Always wear oven mitts when operating the Toastmaster TBR15, as the machine can get hot quickly.
