      Open Microsoft Word onto your desktop.

      Click "Options" under the Labels dialog. How you get to the dialog will depend on which version of Word you have.

      Click "Avery Standard" under Label Options.

      Scroll down until you find Avery #3263 Post Card. Select this one and click "ok."

      Click "New Document."

      Display the table gridlines, if they aren't already, so that you can see the cell boundaries.

      Type in information about your business into one cell. This step will differ for individual business and the purpose of the postcard.

      Highlight or select the cell and right click your mouse to click "copy."

      Insert your cursor into the other cells and click "paste" in each one of them.

      Print your postcards. Print as many copies as you will need. This will also differ for each individual business and its needs.
