How to Unlock a Cingular HW6515

The HP iPAQ HW6515 Mobile Messenger is a Windows Mobile smartphone available with service from Cingular Wireless before that carrier became AT&T. HW6515 phones branded with the Cingular logo may be locked to AT&T and unable to use SIM cards from other carriers. Each HW6515 locked to AT&T/Cingular has an unlock code that, when you enter it on the phone, will de-activate the lock, allowing you to use your HW6515 with another carrier's service.
