Open the application drawer. Scroll to and select "Market."

Browse the categories or use the search bar to find the application you wish to download. Tap the desired application in the list of results to select it.

Tap the "Free" button if the application does not cost money. Tap the button containing the application's price if it is not free.

Tap "OK" when prompted to give the application the appropriate permissions it requests

Sign into your Google account if prompted to confirm or download your purchase.

Tips & Warnings
You can delete an application you bought and download it again for free at any time. Doing so will require signing into the Marketplace with the same Google account from which you originally made the purchase.
