How to Eat an African Cucumber

This brightly colored, yellow cucumber has spiked horns throughout and a bright, green jelly like center. The taste is fruity in nature being compared to a banana or kiwi fruit. Somewhat difficult to use due its large seed content, the juice can be strained for smoothies or juice drinks or you can eat it right out of the African cucumber itself for a tasty snack.
