How to Send Emails to a Large Email List

4. Begin to create a new email and paste each email address you would like to send the message to into the "To" section, separating each of them by commas. Paste the email addresses individually by pressing "CTRL" + "V" simultaneously on your keyboard or by right clicking on your computer's mouse and selecting "Paste."

5. Enter the body of your email's message and click "Send" when you are ready to send the message to all of the email addresses and contacts entered.

Using an Online Email Service

1. Gather the list of email addresses you plan on sending a message to using your default email program or contact list.

2. Open your computer's default Internet browser and visit a well-known email service company, such as Mail Chimp (mailchimp.com), Constant Contact (constantcontact.com) or Boomerang (boomerang.com). These online email services allow users to create email campaigns to large lists of contacts and track the statistics of each email sent out as well.

3. Register and sign up for the email package that fits your contact needs as well as your budge -- as many email services online charge a monthly subscription fee based on the services provided.

4. Follow the service's on-screen instructions for creating and sending a new email campaign using all of the email contacts you would like to send your messages to.
