Two ponytails together are often called pigtails, when they are on opposite sides of your head behind each ear. This is a common style for little girls to wear. When this hair style is worn by adults, it gives the effect that they are younger, or are trying to look younger than they actually are.   • Comb
  • 2 ponytail holders
  • Hairspray

Instructions

      Part the hair down the middle starting at the forehead. Locate the center of the forehead using the persons eyes as a guide point. Place the tip of the comb in the hair and pull it back in a straight line to the nape of the neck. Separate the hair on each side of the comb.

      Pull the hair into two even sections on each side of your head. Comb the hair away from the center to create the divide and remove any tangles.

      Put the ponytail holder around your index finger and thumb of your dominant hand.

      Pull one half of the hair tight into your non dominant hand to make one ponytail. Wrap your index finger and thumb with the ponytail holder around the ponytail and pull one side of the ponytail holder over the ponytail and pull the hair through.

      Twist the ponytail holder one time and pull the hair back through the ponytail holder with your dominant hand never leaving the ponytail holder. Continue this, until the ponytail holder is tight around the hair. Spray with hairspray to hold the hair in place securely.

      Repeat steps 3 through 5 on the opposite side of the head to make the second ponytail.
