How to See How Much Is on My Military Star Card?

The military Star Card has no annual fee and a low interest rate.

The Military Exchange's credit card, or Star Card, can be utilized online, for catalog purchases and at any AAFES, Marines, Navy or Coast Guard exchange, to purchase clothing, food, travel items and more. If you need to check your account balance, it's easy. You can opt to check your balance online or by contacting customer service.

Instructions

1. Access the Military Exchange's official website. If this is your first time using this service, enter the last four-digits of your Social Security number, date of birth and last name, into the First-Time Customers registration section. Click "Register Now" and follow the on-screen directions to complete the registration process.

2. Log into your account using your username and password. Click the "Member Services" tab and select "Account Information" to view your Star Card balance.

3. Contact the Star Card's automated customer service line at 877-891-STAR (7827). Listen carefully and follow the prompts to access your credit card balance.
