How to Find "Or Best Offer" Items on eBay

According to eBay, buyers who use the Best Offer feature pay 33 percent less on average than buyers who purchase fixed-price listings. These savings potentially come after you offer a lower price than is listed for an eBay item, thereby initiating a negotiation with the seller. If you want to capitalize on these savings, you first need to locate applicable products. EBay offers two ways of accomplishing this: you can use the Advanced Search feature, or you can choose one of the filters on the search results page.
Advanced Search
Step 1
Log in to your eBay account and click "Advanced," located to the right of the "Search" button.
Step 2
Enter you search terms in the top "Enter Keywords or Item Number" field.
Step 3
Check "Best Offer" in the Show Results section.
Step 4
Click "Search" to display only auctions that match your search terms and also include the Best Offer option.
Search Filters
Step 1
Log in to your eBay account.
Step 2
Enter a search term in the top search field and click "Search."
Step 3
Click "More Refinements" from the bottom of the left panel to open a filter window. Alternatively, check "Best Offer" from the left panel's Show Only section, if that option is visible; doing so automatically filters the results to only display listings with the Best Offer option.
Step 4
Click "Show Only" from the filter window's left panel, check "Accepts Best Offer" and click "Go." Results are then filtered to only include listings with the Best Offer option.
