How to File a Complaint With ICE


U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is the government agency tasked with protecting the borders of the United States by controlling and regulating the flow of goods and people into the country. ICE works on the borders, at U.S. ports and inside the country tracking illegal immigrants and goods that violate customs laws. You can file complaints with, or against, ICE by phone, mail or email.

  • Report a complaint involving suspicious behavior or activities related to illegal immigration -- including human trafficking, employers hiring illegal workers or the sale of phony passports or documentation -- by calling the ICE tip line at 1-866-DHS-2ICE.
