How to Edit a Feed in FeedBurner

Save

FeedBurner is a RSS feed management service owned by Google. RSS feeds are a way for websites to deliver content to users and can be thought of as a subscription to a website. A feed reader is updated with the latest posts from a feed address, which are then displayed to the user. The FeedBurner service allows users to redirect and track their website feeds, gaining valuable information about how viewers see their posts. You can also edit the details of your FeedBurner feeds.

  • Launch your Web browser and open the FeedBurner Web page (see Resources).

  • Type your Google email address and password into the displayed text fields on the right side of the page, then click the "Sign In" button.

  • Click to select the feed you wish to edit from the "Feed Title" list.

  • Click the "Edit Feed Details" link at the top of the Web page, just below the feed name.

  • Edit the feed title, original feed name or FeedBurner address in the displayed text fields.

  • Click the "Save Feed Details" button when finished editing the feed to save your changes.
