How to Paint a Hairpiece

Spray paint your hair piece.

Are you going to a costume party or a carnival and want to be creative with your hair? You may want to wear your hair in a way that will stand out from the crowd. I good option is to wear hairpieces, you can glue them in to create a unique look. You may want to wear hairpieces that are colorful. You can paint your hairpieces in a few quick steps.

Things You'll Need

• Gloves
• Spray paint
• Newspaper

Instructions

1. Take a newspaper and put it on a hard surface, such as a table.

2. Put on your gloves and take your hairpiece and place it on the newspaper.

3. Take the spray paint of your choice, it could be any color, such as gold, silver or red, and spray it twelve inches from the hairpiece.

4. Let the spray paint dry on the hairpiece for about five minutes.

5. Turn the hairpiece over to the other side with no paint on it. Spray paint twelve inches from the hairpiece.

6. Let your hairpiece dry completely before using it.

Tips & Warnings

• Use a face mask to avoid the strong fumes of the spray paint.
