How to Edit MP3s in iTunes
Although not as systematic as some audio editors, iTunes does provide users with basic editing functionality that can be used to update the tag information associated with an MP3 file, split an MP3 file into multiple tracks or change the start and stop time of an MP3. The software also includes an easy-to-use album cover feature that will download artwork for files missing that information.
