How to Make Premix Concrete
Mixing concrete is a task that is made easier with premixed materials. While concrete is traditionally made from the combination of Portland cement, gravel and sand, a premixed concrete is already mixed so that all you need to bind the materials is water. Having premixed concrete available takes out much of the preparation time in making concrete. Once you understand the process, you can quickly put together the concrete in less than 20 minutes. Move the wheelbarrow next to the site where you plan to pour your mixed concrete.

Open the package of premixed concrete and pour it into the bucket of the wheelbarrow.

Gently turn over the mixture with a shovel.

Slowly add water as instructed on the packaging. As you add the water a little at a time, stir the concrete with the shovel. Once the concrete achieves a texture similar to that of oatmeal, it is ready for use.
