  • Digital scale (0 to 100 grams)
  • Low salt or salt-free seasoning
  • Chicken seasoning powder
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

      Fold the aluminum foil into a 3-inch-by-3-inch square, bend the edges up slightly, and place on the digital scale. This creates a small bowl to measure the spices.

      Tare the digital scale so that with the foil bowl on it, the reading is 0.

      Weigh out 15 grams of the salt-free seasoning by slowly pouring it into the foil bowl.
