Crocs Mammoth fur lined winter clogs help keep your feet warm in cold weather but the lining may get dirty and stinky without proper cleaning. They're not machine washable, so throwing them in the washer isn't a good idea. Crocs' own website recommends using mild soap and cold water for both the shoes and the liner. The fur lining comes out of the Crocs to easily wash both pieces individually.

Turn the fur lining's heel up so it's no longer wrapped around the back of your Croc. Hold your thumb on the rivet's exterior while you gently pull the liner away from it. Do the same on the opposite side of the shoe and pull the liner free.

Hand wash the lining using a mild soap and cold or lukewarm water, not hot. Scrub any visible dirt out of the lining and rinse it thoroughly.

Line dry the lining or set it outside in the sun to dry. Do not use a dryer.

Scrub the shoe, itself, using cold water and the same mild soap. Do not heat dry the Crocs or leave them to dry in the sun.

Tip

Put the dry liner over your hand and guide it back into your Croc. Push the rivet through the hole in the liner on each side of the shoe and turn the heel down around the back.
