How to Create a Twitter Bookmarks for an iPod Touch

A home screen bookmark makes Twitter just one tap away.

You may add two types of bookmarks to an iPod touch: a home screen bookmark, which looks like any other application icon but launches a Web page, or a Safari bookmark, which makes it easy to return to particular website within the browser. If you're a frequent Twitter user, creating bookmarks for the main Twitter website, your favorite Twitter list or your crush's Twitter profile can save a few taps.

Instructions

1. Tap the Safari icon to launch your Web browser.

2. Tap the address bar.

3. Type the address of the Twitter page you want to bookmark, such as twitter.com. Click "Go" to load the Twitter page.

4. Tap the "+" sign.

5. Tap "Add to Home Screen" to add a bookmark to your iPod touch home screen. Tap "Add Bookmark" to add a normal bookmark.

6. Enter a name for your bookmark.

7. Tap "Save" to save your Twitter bookmark.
