How to Disable Photo Booth Screen Flash
Photo Booth comes with all Mac computers; you can recognize it by its icon, which features a red curtain and a photo booth picture printout. On Photo Booth, you can take snapshots and record video. When you click the shutter button to take a snapshot, Photo Booth will count down from 3 seconds, then the screen will flash and take your picture. You can disable the screen flash that accompanies the snapshot if desired.

Open Photo Booth by clicking on the "Photo Booth" icon on your desktop or by searching for Photo Booth in "Finder."

Press and hold the "Shift" key.

Click on the red button with a camera inside to take a picture. When holding the "Shift" key and simultaneously clicking the photo button, the flash will turn off.
