How to Disable High Volume Emails on ChaCha
ChaCha's guide alert system notifies active ChaCha guides, expeditors and transcription staff when there are a large volume of questions in the system to be processed. If you signed up for high volume alert emails, you receive an email every time your ChaCha role has an abundance of work available. Disable these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe process provided by ChaCha.

Open a high-volume alert email received from ChaCha.

Scroll to the bottom of the email. Look for the text that states "Click Here to be Removed From the Mailing List."

Click the "Here" in the sentence. This may require you to hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while you "Click," depending on your security settings.

Click "Submit" when the page loads to confirm that you no longer wish to receive the high volume alert distribution list.
