How to Transfer Pictures From a Samsung Convoy to a PC

Save

The Samsung Convoy features a 2-megapixel camera, five-hour battery life and an MP3 player. The phone also includes built-in stereo speakers. You can transfer pictures from your Samsung to a PC by connecting the phone as a USB storage device. You can then copy pictures from the "My Pictures" folder on the phone's hard drive to any folder on the computer.

  • Insert the USB cable included with your phone into the left slot. Insert the other end of the cable into an open USB port on your computer.

  • Press the "OK" button on the phone. Open the "Settings and Tools" menu.

  • Press the "9" key on the phone to engage the "USB Mode." Highlight the "Media Sync Mode" and press the "OK" button to activate this setting.

  • Click "Start" and then click the "Control Panel." Open the "Portable Media Devices" application. Double-click your phone's drive icon from the list. Open the "My Pictures" folder in the new window that appears. Click and drag pictures from this folder to your computer desktop. Windows automatically copies the picture files to your computer hard drive.
