How to Bake Biscotti in a Pan
Basic biscotti recipes consist of a simple dough with the addition of almonds. Unlike traditional bread recipes, the dough does not contain yeast or fat. You need to bake the moist biscotti dough twice in the oven to give it a crunchy and dry texture. Once the biscotti finishes baking in the oven, serve it with drinks such as coffee, tea, lattes or cappuccinos. Biscotti also pairs well with a sweet glass of wine. Does this Spark an idea?
