How to Change the Way My Name Shows in the "From" Field of an Email in Outlook
Outlook is an email client that allows users to organize, draft and send messages. Outlook gives you the ability to determine how your name appears in email messages to clients and colleagues. This is handy when you need to make sure you appear professional. It's also handy when you have a name change, like when you get married and need to change your last name.

Launch Outlook and click "Tools" in the main menu bar. Choose "E-mail Accounts."

Click "View or change existing e-mail accounts" and then click the "Next" button.

Highlight the account that you want to change. Click the "Change" button.

Type the name you want to appear in the "Your Name" field. Click the "OK" button and restart your Outlook. The name in the "From" field will be the name that you entered in the field.
