How to Insert FTP Code Into an Email in Outlook
If you want to share a file transfer protocol (FTP) address, then there is a certain format to use to ensure that the text becomes a hyperlink. Hyperlinks are links that, when clicked, open in your Web browser and take you to the referring Web page. In an Outlook email, you will find that typing a Web address in various formats still creates a hyperlink. To insert an FTP code into your Outlook email, you must follow a strict style.
