How to Wash Lemons
A lemon cannot be peeled and eaten like an orange, but it is an essential addition to many food and drink items. Lemons have a sharp and sour taste that makes it difficult to eat them on their own. However, lemon juice or zest sprinkled over a savory dish, into tea or whisked into a lemon meringue pie adds just the right amount of tartness needed to enhance the flavor. Does this Spark an idea?
