How to Remove Pen Flicks in Windows Vista

For some users, a tablet computer is a lightweight and convenient way to perform basic computing tasks. The Windows Vista operating system tries to make it even more intuitive by including a feature called Pen Flicks, which allows users to delete, copy or paste by performing a specific stroke with the tablet computer's stylus. However, some users may wish to disable this feature. If you use Windows Vista and want to disable Pen Flicks, you can do so using your operating system's Control Panel.

Instructions

1. Click on the Start button.

2. Click "Control Panel."

3. Click "Mobile PC."

4. Click "Pen and Input Devices."

5. Click on the tab marked "Flicks."

6. Uncheck the box next to the option labeled "Use flicks to perform common actions quickly and easily."

7. Click "OK."
