How to Include Twitter on Tumblr
Twitter and Tumblr are two microblogging services that play well together. Recognizing that many of its users are also avid tweeters, Tumblr has made it easy to integrate your tumblelog with your Twitter stream. There are two ways to link Twitter and Tumblr together; you can either automatically tweet links to your Tumblr posts, or add your Twitter feed to your Tumblr page so your tweets show up as individual Tumblr posts.

Tweet Your Tumblr Posts

Log in to your Tumblr dashboard.

Click the "Customize" link in the right-hand column, then click the "Services" tab.

Click "Sign in with Twitter," then "Allow" to give Tumblr access to your Twitter account.

Check "Send my Tumblr posts to Twitter" to automatically tweet links to new posts. You can turn this option off on individual posts later.

Sign in to the dashboard and click "Customize."

Click "Services" and scroll down to the "Automatically import my..." box.

Select "Twitter" from the dropdown menu and enter your username.

Click "Start importing this feed," then "Save or "Save + Close" at the top of the page.

Tips & Warnings
Adding your Twitter feed to Tumblr only works if your Twitter account is public; if you protect your updates, Twitter doesn't create a RSS feed for Tumblr to use.
