How to Defrag Vista 64
As you create, edit and delete files on your hard drive, data clusters become fragmented. Fragmented data slows down your PC. Fortunately, Windows has built-in defragmenting software. If you use the 64-bit version of Windows Vista, defragmenting your system takes just a few clicks. Once the automated defrag process starts, it can take several hours, but you can continue to use your computer while the defrag tool works in the background. After defragmenting, your computer reads and writes hard-drive data more efficiently.
